Guest Policies

• Check-in and Check-out Policy

  Check-in: 2:00 PM Check-out: 12:00 Noon

  • Early arrivals and late departures can be arranged, subject to availability

• Child Policy

  • Children 0 - 6 years of age can be accommodated complimentary in the same room without extra bed
  • Children 6 - 11 years of age can be accommodated in the same room with an half price of extra bed
  • Children above the age of 11 years can be provided with an extra bed at an additional cost
  • Extra bed, if required will be provided at an additional cost of INR 3000 + taxes per adult
  • Children under the age of 18 years will not be permitted to stay alone in the hotel

• Pet Policy

  • Pets are not allowed inside the hotel

• Reservation Gaurantee

  • All bookings require a valid Credit Card Guarantee/Bank Deposit

• Cancellation Policy

  • 2 Days prior to arrival, failing which retention of 1 night of stay will be applicable

• Food and Beverage Policy

  • Hukka/Sheesha and outside liquor are not permitted inside the hotel premises
  • For your safety, security and well-being, we do not permit any outside Food & Beverage and other external services.

• Alcohol Policy

  • If you are interested in hosting a post-hospitality event, please coordinate with our Food & Beverage  manager to have the event held in a private function room
  • Alcohol must be purchased through the hotel and the sale of alcohol is prohibited to minors and people without proper identification

• Visitors Policy

  • Visitors are not permitted in the guest rooms after 1800 hrs

• Safety and Security

  The entire hotel including publicly accessible areas is well-guarded and monitored 24 hours a day through CCTV cameras installed at various locations in and around the hotel, with metal detectors and X-ray machines. All rooms are equipped with an emergency evacuation plan, smoke detectors, water sprinklers and a public address system.
